Amanda Brown is the Bus’s fearless financier. As the Operations Manager, Amanda manages all the behind the scenes systems that keep the Bus running smooth (taxes and stuff). Like so many pioneers before her, Amanda journeyed from the comforts of Pennsylvania to our own coffee-laden frontier (may or may not have arrived via conestoga wagon). Before the Bus, she served with City Year in Seattle public schools, managed programs at the YMCA, and just completed her MPA at UW. |

Toby Crittenden may be best known for getting interviewed by Katie Couric on the floor of the Democratic National Convention whilst wearing a full devil costume. It made sense at the time. Anyhoo, as the Program Director at the Bus, Toby orchestrates the graceful symphony that is the many Bus events, leadership development programs, and festivities. He was raised in the warm embrace of Seattle and remains a proud Garfield High Bulldog for life. Contact Toby about Bus Trips, Bus Fellows, and everything in between. Toby[at]washingtonbus[dot]org |

Sarah Cody Roth is the Bus’s resident bungee jumping, extreme skiing, mountain climbing, fundraising guru. As Development Director, Sarah ensures that everyone has the opportunity to contribute to our civic engagement goodness. Care to become a much vaunted Monthly Member? Want to host a barbecue for the Bus Fellows? Or maybe reminisce about your first ascent of Mt. Adams? Either way, Sarah is the Bus staffer for you. Sarah[at]washingtonbus[dot]org |

Abigail Doerr wants to meet you. Seriously. As the Engagement Coordinator, Abigail helps volunteers, interns, and random passersby find their perfectly-sized spot on the Bus. Abigail hails from Spokane and arrived at the Bus by way of Willamette University in Washington’s pants (Oregon, duh). You may already know Abigail by her ever-sunny demeanor or her stint as a 2011 Bus Fellow. Want to volunteer with the Bus? Abigail is here for you! Abigail[at]washingtonbus[dot]org |

Thomas Goldstein drives the Bus. Not literally, of course, (awaiting the proper accreditation) but - as the Executive Director - Thomas leads our work across the state. Thomas’s proudest Bus accomplishment is harnessing the sheer brilliance of (wait for it) two Boards of Directors. Thomas brings a wealth of experience to the Bus: he ran the Service Board for 10 years, ran for Seattle City Council in 1997, and ran 16 flights of stairs yesterday. Interested in partnerships and/or underwriting opportunities with the Bus? Thomas is awaiting your text/email/clarion call. Thomas[at]washingtonbus[dot]org |

Danielle Kim graduated from Shorewood HS aspiring to major in Math and spend her days scribbling furiously on chalkboards, while muttering obscure theorems under her breath (this is what mathemeticians do, yes?). At Seattle University, Danielle found her true calling studying Political Science and never looked back. After rocking it as a 2011 Bus Fellow, Danielle is now running the show as the Bus Fellowship Coordinator. Contact Danielle about the Bus Fellowship or her unconventional training regime for her next marathon. Danielle[at]washingtonbus[dot]org |

Alex Miller has traversed the Bus’s many programmatic vistas beginning with a stint as a 2010 Fellow, to field organizing, to furiously scribbling down puns as the Communications Manager. Through it all, Alex remains the worst dressed, but most unfailingly curly-haired member of the Bus staff. Alex runs the Media and Policy Internship and is the editor for Hella Bus, the Bus’s blog of record. He humbly requests that you follow it with an almost obsessive intensity. Contact Alex about all things media/digital in nature. Alex[at]washingtonbus[dot]org |

Richard Yang was born in Guilin (桂林), China that both former U.S. Presidents Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton have visited. With his Seattle University Accounting degree, and his non-profit experience, Richard loves to help The Bus with financials, budgeting, grants tracking, and PDC reporting. He is crazy about ping pong and Badminton and slowly fell in love with tennis. His favorite food is tofu skin. "No place in China is more evocative of the beauty of your country than Guilin." - former U.S. President Bill Clinton. Accounting [at] washingtonbus [dot] org |
