Bus trips
Why are we called the Bus? Well, because we own one! And during the Summer and Fall we load up our beautiful 1989 MCI coach with volunteers and support young progressive candidates across Washington.
We love spreading the word about our favorite Bus candidates and we know that the best way to reach someone is still good old face-to-face contact. Bus trips provide a blast of energy for campaigns and complement the work already being done on the ground.
Plus, bus trips are straight up fun. You never know what you’ll find on a bus trip, whether it’s Toby on the turntables in a red prom dress, amazing prizes uncovered at neighborhood yard sales or making new friends.
Knocking on thousands of doors in one day, then chowing down on some delicious barbeque? Yes, please.

| 9:30 | Arrive at Bus HQ, eat bagels, drink Odwalla and coffee and wake up |
| 10:00 | Get on the Bus and head to lovely destinations across Washington State |
| 12:00 | Eat lunch, hang with the locals and get canvass training |
| 12:30 | Canvass for great candidates! |
| 3:30 | Eat more, drink more and celebrate a great day for democracy |
| 4:30 | Head back home after a hard day’s work! |
