Full Time Salary Range: $65,145.96-$70,122.40 annually based on years of experience

Direct Supervisor: Basebuilding Director

The Washington Bus is seeking an energetic and strategic Lead Organizer to help mobilize thousands of young people to vote in the 2025 election cycle and beyond. If you are passionate about organizing our generation for change—through direct voter engagement, grassroots leadership development, and electoral organizing—we want to hear from you.

The Lead Field Organizer will play a key role in assisting with the creation of an electoral field plan and leading its implementation, including overseeing field operations, managing volunteers, and supervising temporary or permanent organizers as part of a field team.
